Delaware County Chinese school (DCCS) is a weekend school, a non-profit, non-religious, non-political, and non-discriminatory cultural education institution.  DCCS focuses on providing Chinese language lessons both as heritage language and as second language (CSL).  The school also offers extra curriculum and other programs, and promote cultural awareness and exchange activities in the community. We welcome anyone who is interested in Chinese language learning, and understanding Chinese culture and history.

DCCS emphasizes small size of class and high-quality educational programs by selecting more suitable material for Chinese language learning students, both heritage and non-heritage (Chinese as secondary language), and other lessons for understanding Chinese culture and traditions. In addition to core Chinese languages lessons, the school also offer academic enrichment classes in STEM and culture and sports related lessons.  We welcome all ages of students for learning either Chinese language or other listed programs.

德华中文学校是一所周末语言学校，是一个非宗教、非党派、非歧视性的非营利性组织。学校除了开设不同程度的中文语言课程外，还设有英语阅读和写作和成人英语、数学辅导、计算机语言、以及绘画、舞蹈、网球等文体类活动课程。

在中文教学上，学校致力于通过选择使用更适合华裔及非华裔学生汉语学习的教材，提供高质量的小班汉语教学。学校除了开设不同程度的中文语言课程外，为提高学生的竞争力和活跃社区生活，学校提供辅导及加强课程以及适合各年龄段的文体活动。
